Private-pool villa with lift and daily housekeeping in Costa Adeje
Private Pool & Outdoor Living
Each villa at Villas Esplendida has its own private outdoor swimming pool, separated by fencing and shrubbery for total seclusion. The garden includes a solarium, sun loungers, and an egg chair, plus a barbecue with an outdoor kitchenette and bathroom. An outside lounge area and terrace with outdoor furniture provide additional space for relaxing in the Tenerife sun.
Accommodation & Comfort
The Deluxe Villa with Private Pool comprises two ensuite bedrooms, a lounge with air conditioning, and a study that can sleep a child or teenager. A lift connects floors, and soundproof rooms keep the villa quiet despite its central location. The master bedroom has a huge ensuite with bath, shower, double sink, and bidet, while the second bedroom also has a large shower.
Location & Accessibility
Villas Esplendida sits on a quiet side street a 14-minute walk from Playa de Fanabe and a 10-15 minute walk from local shops and restaurants. El Duque Castle is 1.4 km away, and Tenerife South Airport is 21 km by taxi (cost around €30-€35). A taxi rank lies a 10-minute walk from the villa, with fares to Playa de las Americas at €10-€14 even at night.
Services & Amenities
Daily housekeeping cleans the villa every weekday, keeping the property immaculate. Guests can use the tour desk for booking excursions, car hire, and express check-in/out. A safety deposit box, 24-hour security with CCTV, and luggage storage are provided, plus babysitting services and a lift for accessibility.
Guest Satisfaction
Guests rate Villas Esplendida 10/10 for its swimming pool and room cleanliness, with many calling the villa 'stunning' and 'immaculate'. Reviews highlight the helpful host Ruth, the daily cleaning staff, and the convenience of renting both top and bottom villas for groups. One guest noted the villa is 'faultless' and that photos do not do it justice.
